It’s hard to rely on friends and family to do what needs to be done when you actually want them to enjoy the day with you. So if you have already planned everything, and just want a coordinator on the day and to verify and coordinate suppliers this is the package for you.

  • 2 meetings to develop a wedding day schedule

  • Unlimited emails, phone, and Zoom meetings with your wedding coordinator as required

  • Scheduling of all suppliers

  • Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

  • On the day attendance and coordination for 8 hours
