- Two detailed planning meetings to discuss your wedding vision, concept, design, suppliers, and planning progress
- Supplier recommendations for any remaining suppliers
- Budget management and maintenance
- Supplier coordination and communication on all aspects leading up to your big day
- One site visit to determine layout, set up an timeline
- Wedding day timeline creation and distribution to suppliers
- Comprehensive advice and support throughout
- Wedding day coordination - to include an Event Den coordinator on the day for a total of 8 hrs (including set up, coordination and pack down)
