That means full support from the very beginning planning stages to the final execution of your special day. We’re here with you to manage the planning, styling, and coordination every step of the way.

Includes:

• Dedicated wedding planner who will work with you from planning stages to final execution.

• Research, booking, and management of all elements of the ceremony and reception to include supplier recommendations, bookings, and ongoing communications.

• Designing wedding concepts and floor plan.

• Sourcing items to execute wedding design.

• Attendance at any appointments concerning the venue, caterers, entertainment providers, etc. as required.

• Creation of detailed logistics plan and run sheet for all wedding suppliers and wedding party.

• Development and management of wedding budget and payment schedules.

• Ongoing contact with your personal wedding planner via email and phone.

• 3 one hour face-to-face appointments (location dependent).

• In-person wedding planner for 10 hours on wedding day to assist with all supplier logistics and setup, styling, wedding photo coordination, M.C. management, etc.
