We had a wedding overseas, but later found out we were not legally married. OOPS! This happens more than you think!
I can do a Legal’s only ceremony, I send you the paperwork to complete and return to me duly signed with identification documents.
We meet no less than 30 days later with 2 witnesses and have a very short service including everything that we need to do for you to be lawfully married. The service takes about 5 minutes.
I perform all legal obligations as is required under Australian law and all documentation is submitted to Births Deaths and Marriages. You receive a commemorative certificate of your nuptials on that day.
