These cocktail towers are exclusive to Pineapple Jam and can be customised and colour coordinated to enhance the experience. Served with liquid nitrogen and with other theatrical options.

Included:
- All coupe champagne glasses, cocktail ingredients, delivery, setup and removal are included.
- Liquid nitrogen is used for the Cocktail Towers to add theatre and keep the drinks chilled during the build. Each layer is built and poured until the tower is complete.
- Over pour is not available for Cocktail Towers. Choose your taste and visual experience with:
- Espresso Martini’s with chocolate shavings or burnt marshmallows or both.
- Rainbow Fruity Margarita’s, Bellini’s, Breakfast Mimosa’s or the romantic
- Ruby Rose Martini's with red rose petals and fresh orange mist.
