The Antipasto Entertainers Platter is jam packed with a variety of high quality Artisan produce. Perfect for corporate events, social gatherings and home parties. Recommended for 10-15ppl as an appetiser.

Inclusions:

• 7-8 award-winning local and imported cheeses

• 5-6 types of freshly sliced cured meat 

• Antipasto: Kalamata Olives, Sicilian Olives, Feta Stuffed Green Olives, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Feta Stuffed Peppers, Cornichons, Quince Paste

• 3 dips: Hummus, Olive, Roasted Capsicum + Pine Nut

• Honey Roasted Nuts, Figs, Dried Apricots, Dried Peaches, Cranberries, Hazelnut Chocolate

• Gourmet Fig + Apricot Crackers, Wafer Crackers + Grissini

  Dimensions: 56cm x 40cm disposable board.

*TIP: Two of our 56cm x 40cm platters can be placed side-by-side to create an abundantly stunning 1.1 metre grazing table ~ a decadent alternative to a buffet-style feast.
