Can I change my order after paying the deposit?

Of course! We understand that you may change your mind or style over the planning period, guest quantities can also change so your’e welcome to make changes to your order prior to final balance being paid. All items are subject to availability.

Do you offer Delivery or Pick up?

Delivery is required for all of our larger items, we only allow DIY pick up on smaller prop items. Our delivery fees are in addition to our hire fee, these are determined on each quotation and based on location, staff required, amount of items and access to delivery location. Please contact us via Message Vendor for delivery pricing.

Dry-Hire Option is available for pick-up from Heathcote NSW is available. Our warehouse address and instructions will be provided after purchase through Two Lovers.

How do I secure my booking?

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the items and date. The remaining amount will be invoiced to you directly from Two Lovers approx 2 weeks before the event date, unless agreed otherwise with the vendor. If you are booking within 2 weeks of your event date we will require full payment be made upfront.
