We all know when it comes to weddings, things don’t always go to plan. For Amy & Cam, nothing could stop these two Lovers from having the wedding day of their dreams - not even their wedding venue burning down or an unexpected potty incident!
“We were meant to get married at a different venue in Sydney, and the night I went into labour to have our now 1 year old it caught on fire!” So after pivoting to a new plan and new venue, Amy and Cam landed on the enchanting Mona Farm in Braidwood NSW (A personal fave of ours too!).
On a morning that started off looking quite dreary with anticipated rain, the afternoon turned out to be the most beautiful sunny afternoon and let’s just say that this wedding was anything but gloomy! These two are quite a vision and their wedding day was a true reflection of garden opulence with bursts of bright florals and classic romance! Oh and have you met Lenny? Amy and Cam’s 1 year old son… the sweetest little page boy we ever did see!
“Walking back up the aisle as husband and wife with my son Lenny being carried up by Cam was such a special moment for both. We can't wait to show Lenny the pictures when he grows up! Just before entering the reception, Lenny accidentally weed all over me! It was a true motherhood moment and we all laughed and said at least he is well hydrated on such a busy day!"
Our fave details: “The Espresso Martinis in place of the desert was a huge win for us, and of course a win for our guests!”
Some words of advice: “I was so stressed in the lead up to our wedding, I even broke out in a stress rash…but the day honestly went so smoothly! Trust that your vendors do this every weekend, they have got this! You deserve this special day, so just enjoy it!
“As a busy mum to a little one trying to plan this wedding I found Two Lovers so convenient. I didn't have time to browse around thousands of websites and to be able to plan everything in one place took a lot off my plate and I really thank you for that!”
