It's only fitting that the wedding that inspired Two Lovers be our first real wedding feature. When faced with the possibility that their dream destination wedding might not be possible due to family illness, our CEO & Founder Mary started planning a wedding that was closer to home and was immediately struck by how overwhelming and frustrating it was to find and correspond with vendors throughout a number of different platforms even here in Australia - and with that Two Lovers was born!

Luckily for Mary & Sam, the stars aligned and their dream Italian wedding became possible with the two tying the knot in the small town of Praiano in front on 65 of their friends and family on a (very!) warm day in July 2019. 

Mary's favourite moment "Finishing our first dance with the fireworks display. Everyone was together on the dance floor smiling."

Favourite detail "The styling. Especially the clam shells filled with flowers. I also loved the gelato filled lemons we served for dessert."

Advice for other Lovers on their wedding days "Take a moment to step away from the crowd with your partner and look around at all your friends and family. Soak up all the love and happiness in the air! Enjoy being in that special moment."
